Our Objectives

Objectives of the Association as envisioned by the founder-members are as follows:

a) To be a centre of profesional institution for educational youths who are desirous of opting teaching profession as a career.

b) To impart new techniques of teaching to in-service teachers as well as educated youths so as to streamline educational system within sadar hills and to other parts of the state.

c) To be a centre of social upliftment for most backward section in the society especially those belonging to scheduled caste/scheduled tribes by providing special facilities in order to help them achieve their missions in life.

d) To be an instrument of social change by focussing towards women education through introduction of special provisions to women students in realising their fullest potentials and become better citizens of the country.

e) To arrange periodical lectures, seminars, symposiums, workshops etc. on various national and state issues to enrich practical knowledge of the students on such topics and also to make emphasis on women.

f) To raise fund by receiving donations, subscriptions, etc. from founder-members and publc and financial assistance from the government and local bodies to fulfil the ambitious vision of the founders.

g) And, to do any such other social-transformation-oriented academic activities from time to time as are incidental and conducive to the attainment of the above objectives.
